Online Focus Groups

DRC’s Online Focus Groups test your case’s strengths, weaknesses, and points of confusion, just as with our traditional focus group format.

DRC Online Focus Groups leverage the power of online technology to provide robust live presentations of the key evidence, including important witnesses, document highlights, and persuasive demonstrative aids. Throughout the presentations, mock jurors complete questionnaires to provide feedback on the arguments and evidence that are having the most impact.

After the case presentations, jurors deliberate in separate breakout rooms, which you can observe in real time. The deliberations provide a sense of verdict outcome and insight into how jurors respond to the key issues in the case. All of the deliberations are recorded.

Following the focus group, DRC will provide you a detailed analysis of juror trends, problem areas, and case strengths and make specific recommendations about how to address those issues at trial.
