Focus Groups
What will jurors perceive as weaknesses in your case? What concepts will they find difficult to understand? What are the most effective ways to visually communicate important points? DRC's focus groups will help you answer all of these tough questions.
Focus groups are perhaps the most critical component of the trial preparation process, as the results provide the "blueprints" for your overall line of attack, from jury selection to demonstratives to your order of proof.
Whether you want to test specific issues or how jurors will interpret the case as a whole, our team will work closely with you to define specific research objectives for your case. While the focus group exercise will provide you with a sense of verdict outcome, some of the most useful feedback emanates from focus groups in which the jury finds for your adversary, as it gives our research team an opportunity to anticipate potential problem areas that might recur at trial, and thus provide recommendations for effective solutions.
