DRC has substantial experience on both sides of class action toxic tort cases. We have conducted focus groups and provided strategic advice in cases of widespread industrial contamination and environmental disasters. DRC has created case-changing demonstrative aids to help explain complicated scientific principles that teach jurors how certain industrial practices may or may not have caused or contributed to environmental harm.

For a recent client, DRC created demonstrative aids showing how wastewater from oil extraction in the Amazon rain forest seeped into rivers, streams, and forests, polluting those natural resources for thousands of people. In another matter, DRC successfully demonstrated that severe neighborhood flooding allegedly caused by a faulty dam maintained by the defendants was actually caused by a historic rainfall event, which resulted in a finding of no liability. DRC’s ability to make scientific data come to life often translates into winning verdicts at trial.
