DRC has represented clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes of all kinds. Our team of lawyers, strategists, and artists has broad experience defending clients against criminal charges. We develop strategies that identify and counter biases that might exist for defendants accused of criminal activity.

Recently, DRC assisted with the defense of a client accused of fatally poisoning his lover’s husband. After a four-year police investigation, the testimony of 50 plus witnesses, and the presentation of nearly 100 pieces of evidence, it took the jury just six hours to find our client not guilty of second-degree murder. For this matter, DRC assisted with jury selection and voir dire questions. We also provided trial strategy consulting on the client’s opening presentation.

DRC’s founder, Josh Dubin, is an Innocence Ambassador Advisor–Attorney and Justice Advocate for the Innocence Project and regularly assists with the defense of wrongly convicted individuals.
