DRC regularly assists clients with IP disputes, from complex patent litigation to copyright and trademark infringement actions. Our team of lawyers, strategists, and artists understand that litigating intellectual property claims often necessitates communicating complex ideas to jurors that may lack backgrounds to understand these concepts, and we excel at conveying those ideas through the use of persuasive demonstrative aids.

We recently assisted with a copyright and trademark infringement case where DRC conducted a multi-day focus group and presented the parties’ arguments to four nine-person deliberation groups. Based on the analysis of the deliberations, DRC developed strategies designed to capitalize on the themes and arguments we identified as the defense’s strongest. We worked closely with the client to prepare effective demonstrative aids for the client’s opening and closing arguments and provided technical support during the trial.
